As you know, Version 2 of the web portal went live 5/4/14. Many of you have called and emailed our office and we are attempting to answer all your questions and address any issues you have as quickly as we can. We appreciate your patience as we go through this change. Please be aware that our Payroll Department has allowed us some grace and for this week the midnight on Monday payroll deadline will not be in effect. We will do everything possible to ensure all users can access the new web portal and employees get paid for this pay period on time.

As you have no doubt heard, MO Consumer Direct is upgrading our web portal to version 2. This update goes live at 12:01 am on Sunday, May 4. If you have not already registered in the new web portal you will need to complete that step first. Instructions for doing so were posted to this announcement page on April 3 so you can still use those links.
