Consumer Direct began providing self-directed services in Missouri in 2012. Our goal is to provide quality support so you and your team are successful in managing your service and supports.
Self-directed services give you:

You are responsible for directing your own care or for choosing a representative to assist you.

Consumer Direct is in the process of mailing to all Individuals/Designated Representatives new FEA Service Agreements and FEA Employment Agreements which must be signed and returned to our office by 11/15/14.
If we do not receive the new, signed Agreements by the deadline, employees will be deactivated and unable to enter time into the system until the signed agreements are received. Please call our office if you have questions or do not receive your new Agreements by 11/7/14.
